ABOUT NCPUL/RAHAT

National Council for Promotion of Urdu language (NCPUL) started functioning w.e.f. 01-04-1996 as an autonomous organization under the Ministry Of Human Resources development ,Gov. of India.NCPUL has been set up with the objective of promoting developing and propagating Urdu Language, to take an action for making available in Urdu language the knowledge of scientific and technological development as well as knowledge of Ideas evolved in the modern context,to advise the Govt of India on issues conducted with Urdu languages having bearing on education and to undertake any other activity for promotion of Urdu language as deemed fit by the council.

NCPUL has been Awarded to Rapid Action For Human Advancement Tradition(RAHAT),Kishanganj,Bihar for the establishment of Computer Centre at Kishanganj in 2018.Rahat Organization has been working here as the Nomenclature of this institute INSTITUTE OF SKILL & MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY(ISMT), Kishanganj.

OUR MOTTO :

• One of the significant initiatives of the Council has been the transformation of Urdu speaking population into part of the employable technological workforce in the age of technology and computer. It not only provides job opportunity for Urdu speaking people but also increases computer literacy rate of the country. NCPUL launched one year course ‘Diploma in Computer Applications, Business Accounting and Multilingual DTP’ across the country.
• To transfer the information technology to language and making Urdu speaking boys and girl’s part of employable technology work force of Kishanganj, RAHAT Org. has established Computer Applications, Business Accounting and Multilingual DTP Centers (CABA-MDTP) at Kishanganj for the spreading over Technology system among the People.

COURSES

Diploma in ComputerApplication, Business Accounting and Multilingual DTP (CABA-MDTP)

This CABA-MDTP one year Diploma course has been designed for transformation of Urdu speaker into productive human research and making them part of the employable technological work force in the emerging IT scenario and penetration of computer education to grass root level taking base as the NIELIT (formerly DOEACC) O level course contents the contents have been enriched.

CERTIFICATE COURSE ON COMPUTER CONCEPT (CCC)

It is compulsory for all students who are admitted to Diploma Course to write examination for certificate Course on Computer Concept (CCC).The admissible examination will be paid by the students. The examination will be conducted by NIELIT, NCPUL new Delhi and Organized by institute of skill and management Technology.

Module II : INTERNET TECHNOLOGY AND WEB DESIGN

Module III : FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING USING TALLY AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Module V : MULTI-LINGUAL DTP

Module VI : PROGRAMMING & PROBLEM SOLVING THROUGH 'C' LANGUAGE

Module VII : PRACTICAL AND PROJECT WORK

Eligibility

For admission to CABA-MDTP course eligibility will be Matric or recognized equivalent qualification. Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board are eligible for O level course through centers accredited by NIELIT New Delhi.

Award of Diploma

All successful students will be awarded Diploma in computer Application business accounting and multilingual DTP at the end of the academic session jointly by NCPUL and NIOELIT Chandigarh.

Rules and Regulation

• I. The student will observe strict discipline and decorum at the center and in case of any indiscipline or misconduct student will be liable to be expelled from center without any notice. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
• II. Every student of the center is required to attempt classes regularly and punctuality student will be required to put in minimum of 75% attendance in classes, failing which he may not be allowed to sit in the examination.
• III. All course books will be supplied to the students free of charge in accordance with the syllabus the books will be supplied for module to module at the beginning of each module.
• IV. Every student of the center will be provided adequate hours on practical training on the computers in the computer labs of the centers in addition to theory classes.
• V. Every student of the centers will be required to pass the examination by securing at least 50% marks at the end of the modules and final examination before he is awarded diploma or certificate.
